We are an Oxfordshire based company and have been providing fast, reliable and cost effective translation and interpreting services for the last 5 years. We are equipped with the skills, an extensive experience, expertise and resources to provide high-quality services in most languages.

Our managing staffs have a broad experience in the field. Our Director has 18 years' experience of providing these services. Qualified to a degree level (BSc), and with a DPSI in health, our Director is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL).

    Resources

    We have a network of more than 250 experienced and qualified freelance interpreters and translators of most languages. We outsource all our interpreting and translation assignments to carefully selected freelance interpreters and translators who work from their homes on a self employed basis. All the needed guidance and information are made available to them in an induction package.

    We make sure that the freelance interpreters and translators who we engage to provide the services:

  • have a degree or equivalent in the language of their origin;
  • have at least 2 years' experience in the interpreting and translation fields;

    Quality Services

    We have a documented quality control procedure in place for the provision of translation of documents and face to face interpreting. The Quality targets that we monitor are:

    1. High quality of our service provision

  • we select and engage only native, qualified and experienced translators and interpreters by using our written "Procedure for selection and engaging suitable translators and interpreters";
  • all our translated documents are proofread by a second qualified and experienced translator of the language;
